If you want to build a business, it starts with creating content and posting it out to the world. Content is how you build authority. Authority is how you build trust. And trust is how you build customers.

The challenge? Building quality content is hard. It’s a long-term game and takes consistency, time, and effort.

Here’s where AI can help…

You can use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Llama 3) to generate content ideas, outline blog posts, and even create a social media calendar.

(I used ChatGPT to help outline this newsletter.)

These AI tools act as a creative partner who never runs out of ideas and always knows what will resonate with your audience.

Try using this prompt for your next 2 weeks of X (Twitter) content:

I want you to act as a social media content expert. You can generate hundreds of content ideas off of little information. Your content ideas will be focused on X (Twitter). You also know how to properly launch, grow, and nurture audiences on social media.

Your client is starting a brand new X account and the goal for the first 2 weeks is growth. In this growth phase, I want to get as many people as possible to view the client’s content. Your goal is to provide so much valuable information that's shareable and saveable by speaking directly to the client’s target audience.

Your client is [ENTER CLIENT BIO] and their target audience is [ENTER TARGET AUDIENCE].

Create a 2-week content calendar for the client. In your report, make a table that includes the overarching topic, a summary of the content to post, the content type (long-form, tweet thread, video, carousel, etc.). Create the table with some ideas, and any other relevant things you can think of.

2: Build Lead Magnets w/ AI

Leads are the lifeblood of any business. Without leads, there is no business.

Understanding the strategies and tools for effective lead generation will help you attract and retain customers.

One of those effective strategies? Lead magnets.

A lead magnet is a high-value resource you offer for free, with some juicy information or knowledge that entices your target audience to share their contact info.

Use this prompt to build your first lead magnet:

I'm looking to create a high-converting lead magnet for my online business to attract more prospects into my funnel.

My business is [ENTER INDUSTRY, NICHE, AND BUSINESS BIO].

My ideal subscriber is [DESCRIBE IDEAL CUSTOMER PROFILE (ICP). INCLUDE 2+ PAIN POINTS AND 2+ DESIRES].

To ensure the lead magnet is a smashing success, it must:

• Seamlessly flow into my paid offer(s):[LIST PAID OFFER(S)]

• Be quick and easy to digest

• Deliver massive value and actionable insights

• Highlight my unique approach, personality, and build my authority

• Leave people hungry for more

Please brainstorm 3-5 lead magnet concepts that hit all these key points.

For each concept, include:

• A brief rundown of what's included and the key takeaways

• The delivery format (PDF, video, or 5-day email course)

• A breakdown of why it perfectly matches the ICP's needs and wants.

3: Automate Email Marketing w/ AI

Congrats, you’ve started to generate leads with your content and lead magnet. This is no easy task, so celebrate the momentum. BUT…

It’s crucial to continue that momentum with a personalized email marketing sequence.

Email is your owned channel to communicate 1-on-1 with your leads. By offering immense value in an authentic, genuine, and natural way, you can establish yourself as the go-to expert for your audience.

That, my friend, is how you prime your audience for your paid offers.

Sounds hard?

Give this AI prompt a go:

I want you to help me write a 7-day email marketing sequence for [TARGET AUDIENCE] to help them [ACHIEVE DESIRED OUTCOME].

The content topic is: [TOPIC]

For each of the 7 emails, please provide:

• An attention-grabbing, curiosity-inducing subject line that makes people want to open immediately 

• A brief outline of the core content and lesson for that day, as well as a brief recap of what was covered the day before (obviously not applicable for Day 1)

• 3-5 key actionable strategies or techniques that subscribers can implement immediately

• A cliffhanger or teaser to build anticipation for the next day's email

Email 1 should set the stage for and outline each day of the sequence, generate excitement, and deliver a quick win or valuable insight that makes subscribers feel
like geniuses.

Emails 2-6 should each focus on one crucial strategy, technique, or mindset shift related to the topic, complete with clear examples and step-by-step guidance even a 5th grader can follow.

Email 7 should tie everything together, summarize the key takeaways, and lay out a clear roadmap for implementation. It should also include a soft pitch for my related paid offer: [PAID OFFER]

Each email should be written in a warm, conversational tone. 

Each email should be around 400-500 words.

Use storytelling, clear analogies, and relatable examples to make the content engaging and memorable.

The final CTA in each email should inspire readers to put the day's lesson into action and build anticipation for the next email in the series.
